The top of the free agent hitter class is literally all the Mariners’ weakest positions. We should talk about this more.
I would like to see the math on how much the Mariners made on playoff ticket sales. I would guess that they pocketed close to 135 million just on 3 World Series games that never happened.
Trade an aging Randy, use that $11M and a couple of prospects and sign Tucker. Please!
Not going to be much of a market for him. Only so many teams willing to take on real money for a ~averageish outfielder.
He’s very fairly compensated and a good guy to have. Just a limited market.
They should just find a way to spend more. I find it hard to believe they didn’t turn a hefty profit last year.
